Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how Mobbi AI handles refund requests for subscriptions and credit purchases. By purchasing a plan or credits, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Subscription Refund Eligibility

We review subscription refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your first subscription purchase, contact us within 7 calendar days of the charge date.

Approved refunds are generally limited to the most recent charge and may be denied for significant usage, abuse, repeated refund requests, or policy violations.

3. Renewals and Plan Changes

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you do not wish to renew, cancel before your next billing date.

Upgrades or downgrades take effect according to your Stripe billing cycle and are subject to Stripe billing rules.

4. Credit Top-Ups

Add-on credit purchases are generally non-refundable once any portion of those credits has been used. Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

If a top-up purchase was made in error and remains fully unused, contact support promptly and we will review the request.

5. Failed Generations and Credit Reversal

When a generation fails due to platform or provider-side error, credits are typically reversed automatically. If you believe credits were not returned correctly, contact support with the generation ID.

6. How to Request a Refund

Send your request to [email protected] and include:

  • Your account email
  • Order/subscription details (date, amount, plan)
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any relevant generation IDs or screenshots

7. Processing Time

We aim to respond to refund requests within 3 business days. If approved, refund settlement timing depends on your payment provider and can take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may restrict or suspend account access during review. We recommend contacting support first so we can resolve billing issues quickly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
